MOSAIC was created with the goal to prove our capabilities as engineers by designing a platform that was multi-mission from the start.
There was no problem statement, no design constraint, just one goal: to provide a modular autonomous system that served a range of mission profiles and to iterate the design and prototyping phase at light speed.
At the start of this endeavor, we set an aggressive 70-day timeline to reach a completed prototype. The result? In 40 days, we went from idealization to manufacturing testing and are on track to meet our full prototype testing deadline.
The next step will see our hardware stack fully installed into the vessel allowing us to begin on water testing, mission planning, and a rigorous R&D schedule.
